Effective September 2022 the Town of Green Lake will be requiring boat launch passes to use the Little Green Lake Boat Landings and Horner’s Landing. The cost of the pass is $30.00 for the first vehicle and $5.00 for any additional vehicle(s). They are valid for one year from  March 31, 20XX until April 1, 20XX. Complete the Boat Launch Pass Application Form and send to:

The Town of Green Lake Treasurer issues all dog licenses. Complete the Dog License Application and return with each dogs’ rabies certificate (not the vaccination bill) and the amount due: Male/Female – $8.00 or Neutered Male/Spayed Female – $3.00.

ISSUE A SEPARATE CHECK FOR DOG LICENSES. DO NOT INCLUDE WITH TAXES.

The rabies certificates will be returned to you with the pet license and tag. Please include a self-addresses stamped envelope with the correct postage. No licenses will be issued unless a current rabies certificate is received and has a valid expiration date (does not have to be issued in Wisconsin).

Annually, all dogs 5 months or older are required by law to be vaccinated for rabies and licensed by your local Treasurer before March 31, 2025. After March 31, a late fee of $5.00 per dog will apply unless the dog is new.

Complete the Dog License Application 2025 and send with payment to Town of Green Lake Treasurer.

A single owner having 5 or more dogs is required to obtain a kennel license which includes the requirement for the local Health Department to conduct an annual sanitary inspection of the premises to ensure that the conditions outlined in Chapter 951, Wis.Stats., are met.

Please download and complete the Golf Cart Registration form to register your golf cart to be legally operated on town roads. All golf carts are to be registered and yearly stickers placed appropriately.

Please review the Golf Cart Ordinance before agreeing to and completing the Golf Cart Registration.

ROOM TAX IMPLEMENTATION & ORDINANCE

The Town of Green Lake Room recently created a Room Tax Ordinance 01-2024, which was created under the authority of Wis. Stats. 66.0615 to allow the collection of room tax from all lodging owners in the Town of Green Lake.

Please submit the application form and $300.00 annual fee to the Town of Green Lake no later than March 31, 2025 so we can process by April 15, 2025.
